exterior walls of the unit protected from weathering with elevation in the form of high-quality cladding panels. All walls are clad from the inside with wall panels,
interior walls - acoustically damped and lined with wall panels
PVC windows, double glazed, flush with the facade. The entrance door at the bow is equipped with a patent lock.
The roof is secured with rain cover. The roof is adapted for the installation of a recreational terrace,
lounge terraces: on the bow of the lower deck and on the stern lined with siberian larch and on the upper deck with composite WPC planks.
