Holland Houseboat brings with her Sundeck 48 a new, contemporary design houseboat on the market of very high quality. Designed and developed in the Netherlands according to the proven Stamhuis method. A process in which virtual construction is built first and the construction method is standardized. Modular customization is what we call it. The 100% preparation allows you to ''walk'' through the houseboat in advance with the VR glasses and immediately imagine the experience on the water. You get a good idea of the space and the furnishings, and you can furnish your Holland Houseboat to your own taste within the choice options. A wide degree of personalization is possible.

Durable and low-maintenance materials are used during construction. The superstructure consists of a solid construction of strong and light galvanized cold rolled steel. Unique: walls, roof and roof terrace are sprayed with 3mm maintenance-free coating in chosen color. The outer wall is partially finished with a slatted wall of thermally preserved wood.
